I live in Salt Lake City, Utah right at the base of my two favorite canyons. Everyday is a good day to ride, and my season lasts from November to June. I work as a ski instructor at Brighton Resort, and I couldn't have a better job. I wake up excited to get on the snow every single morning, and getting people to enjoy what I love so much is just another perk of the job. When I'm not working I will be skiing. I try to switch up which resorts I go to, and if I'm not at a resort I'll be touring the backcountry. Getting to catch the sunrise in the canyon every morning as I leave the city behind is all I need to start my day off right. I wasn't brought up as a ski racer or someone who competes on the mountain, I was just brought up to enjoy what's in my backyard. I am always outdoors and I couldn't see myself any other way. I love a good powder day, but I'll never miss a blue bird day. I grew up riding with the boys, jibbing all day is the way we do it. I ski all mountain, I love the steeps, and I'll always be up for switch race down the groomers. I'm a laid back girl who loves a good time, and I'm always up for a challenge.
